Grapefruit Oolong

Grapefruit Oolong is a refined Taiwanese tea that combines the smooth character of lightly oxidised oolong with bright citrus notes of natural grapefruit. It offers a fresh and balanced profile, where gentle bitterness and soft sweetness create a clean, uplifting cup.

Unlike many flavoured teas, this oolong remains harmonious and controlled, preserving the purity of the leaf while introducing a vibrant citrus flavoured layer. The result is a crisp, refreshing infusion with a refined structure.

Grown in Taiwan at elevations of around 600 metres, this tea benefits from fertile volcanic soil, stable humidity, and soft mountain air - conditions that support slow leaf development and clarity of flavour.

The base is a classic lightly oxidised oolong, selected for its smooth texture and floral undertones. It is then delicately infused with natural grapefruit elements, allowing the citrus character to integrate seamlessly with the tea.

The taste is bright and refreshing, with notes of grapefruit zest, light florals, and a subtle natural sweetness. A gentle citrus bitterness adds structure, leading to a smooth, clean, and slightly sweet finish that lingers softly.
