Tea on Repeat
At SingularLeaf®, we believe exceptional tea should be enjoyed without unnecessary commitments. Tea on Repeat is our subscription service, allowing you to receive your favourite teas automatically while remaining in complete control of your subscription.
How Tea on Repeat Works
When you purchase a Tea on Repeat subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the delivery frequency you select at checkout.
Your chosen payment method will be stored securely and charged automatically before each scheduled delivery, unless you have chosen a prepaid subscription option (where available).
Your subscription will continue until it is cancelled by you.
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your Tea on Repeat subscription at any time through your customer account or via the subscription management link included in your order confirmation emails.
You may:
- Pause your subscription
- Skip an upcoming delivery
- Change your delivery frequency
- Update your shipping address
- Update your payment method
- Cancel your subscription
To ensure any changes apply to your next order, they should be made before your next scheduled billing date.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You may cancel your Tea on Repeat subscription at any time.
Cancelling your subscription prevents future renewals only. Orders that have already been processed or dispatched cannot be cancelled and will be fulfilled as scheduled.
Billing
By subscribing to Tea on Repeat, you authorise SingularLeaf® to securely store your payment method and automatically charge it according to your selected delivery schedule.
You will receive repeat deliveries until your subscription is cancelled.
Returns & Refunds
Subscription orders are covered by the same Return & Refund Policy as one-time purchases.
For hygiene, food safety, and product freshness reasons, we cannot accept returns of tea that has been opened, unsealed, or otherwise made unsuitable for resale, unless the product is faulty or supplied in error.
