Returns & Refunds

We aim to make every experience with SingularLeaf considered and seamless. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to resolve it.


Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us at info@singularleaf.com within 14 days of delivery.

Once your withdrawal request is confirmed, you have a further 14 days to return the item.

Items must be returned:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In their original packaging
  • With proof of purchase

Due to the nature of our products, opened tea cannot be returned for hygiene and freshness reasons.


Returns (30-Day Policy)

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day return period.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Return Process

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.

Please note:

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@singularleaf.com  as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened tea (due to hygiene and perishability)
  • Custom or personalised items
  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before initiating a return.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • You will be refunded using your original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days
  • Original standard delivery costs will be refunded (as required by EU law)

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
